Julie was great to work with. She held the whole negotiations together when there was a possibility of it all falling apart. She is very professional and works hard to bring the process to a final conclusion. We would not hesitate to have her again as our realtor again if we ever needed to.

As first time home buyers, my finace and I were very nervous. After meeting Julie Bolte, our nerves were instantly calmed. We were in no rush to buy and had very specific desires in the house we wanted. Julie listened to all our concerns and showed us many hosues through the process. She navigated our crazy work schedule, was always availabile for a quick text, call or email and was overall extrememly accomdating throughout our whole process. The buying experience was smoother than we expected it to be. We had 8 other offers that were not accepted and when this one was excepted, we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to do everything. It was harder requesting time off work for my closing appointment!
